 * IRC is a time limited public medium, in that the information which is
   presented in the channels is only public to those present in the channel.
   As such, we would ask users not to make their irc logs publically 
   accessable. Anyone found to be deliberately doing despite warnings from 
   the administration will be banned from the server


 * The following shall not be permitted anywhere on the network
    
   - Spam/Commercial advertising
   - Flooding
   - DoS attacks in any shape or form
   - Abuse of services
   - Channel takeovers
   - Actions which are in breach of the UK telecommunications act
   - Nick/Channel squatting
   
 * Distribution of warez, serials, or other forms of copyright breach are
   not permitted. This specifically applies to automated trading bots or
   scripts or to channels devoted to trading.
